Why I'm standing for the National Convention

There are many reasons why I put my name forward as Vice President of the National Convention. But fundamentally, it's because we have to rebuild - for the good of our country - and in doing so we must make sure that our Party is led by those who understand how things really work.  We need fresh voices to make a fresh start.

I've spent a long time working at every level of the voluntary party - as an Association Officer, Chairman, Area Officer and Regional Chairman for more than three years.  I know how things work well, and what the costs are when they fail.  I know that we can rebuild, but only if we do it together.

So that's why I put my name forward and why I hope I can get your support.

I've set out in a manifesto (below) and a series of videos, all available on this website, why I think that I can do the job.  But if I am successful, I want to be held to account in delivering this - as a team - and in our rebuilding for success.
