The role of members in our Party is central - but more than just hearing their voice, we need to work out how to attract more members to join, and more of them to get involved. The number of active members has declined, and with it our ability to get our message out to voters . More people knocking on doors, delivering leaflets and making calls - essential to convince voters of the Conservative message. That's something that will be central for me if elected to the National Convention.
